Irene Larios, the owner of Greenheart Landscapes LLC, graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor's and Master's degree in the Education field. In addition to her career in the education field, she has been involved with her family landscaping business since 2004. Since then, she has been able to learn the ins and outs of the trade and felt it was time to venture out on her own and was determined to learn the trade in a mainly male dominated industry. Irene has built a reputable company in the landscape industry, and has been growing ever since. Her speciality is modern decor and has created a very modern look for Greenheart Landscapes, LLC. that provides customers with functional and innovative designs. Greenheart Landscapes, LLC. is her passion and has set herself apart from other landscape companies by her designs, customer service, experienced crews with quality craftsmanship, and the team she has put in place to achieve excellence in all areas of her company. Irene Larios is a very motivated individual, strives for excellence, and sets the bar high for her team and the overall image of her company.
Mike Dzinglewski, our Landscape Consultant, has worked in landscaping for more than 35 years. His passion for custom design began after winning 2nd place in the Homeowners’ Association contest for best landscaped front yard. After seeing his deigns come to life, he fell in love the with landscaping and decided that this was his calling. Mike’s experience and dedication to excellent craftsmanship is shown through his ability to create unique, functional, and personalized landscapes for clients. As an expert, Mike is able to meet clients’ wants and needs all within the desired budget. One of Mike’s skills is taking into account what plants will look like in 5 years’ time. This allows him to design landscapes that will resist the stage of growth they are in all while maintaining their elegant sophistication. Mike’s commitment to client satisfaction is what sets him apart from the rest, he will undoubtedly deliver exceptional results.
Dagney Aguilar is welcomed to the Greenheart Landscapes, LLC team as a Landscape Designer as of 2023. Dagney has provided amazing 3D designs for clients and has definitely been an asset to the team. The collaboration of the landscape consultants’ vision and Dagney’s vision these 3D designs come ALIVE! Dagney is very creative and innovative with designs which help clients visualize their future outdoor living / landscape for their families. We welcome Dagney to the GHL team, and we look forward to many more brilliant designs for our clients.
Timi Rothe our latest addition to Greenheart Landscapes, LLC. is our Landscape Designer. Timi is a Horticulturist and got started after decades of successfully working in the Hospitality industry. She took classes in Indoor Foliage and Plant Biology and fell in love with the Horticultural program which led to her to earn an Associates of Applied Science Degree with Honors. Timi started Landscape Designing in her own business designing gardens, customer containers, and tortoise habitats. As a designer, she has found it extremely rewarding and fulfilling when interacting with people who are looking to gain plant knowledge, improve their surroundings with functional beauty and bring their "dreamscapes" to life. Timi is an asset to our team and provides Greenheart Landscapes, LLC. with knowledge in landscape construction , innovative, and creative designs.
Joaquin Estrada, our foreman has 15 years of experience in landscaping. He takes pride in his clean-cut and breathtaking craftsmanship. His experience allows him to work efficiently while providing quality landscaping work. Joaquin's commitment to excellence is shown through his leadership, guidance, and continuous client satisfaction.
Theresa Gonella joined the Greenheart Landscapes, LLC team in 2021. Her position as an administrator has greatly impacted GHL in more mays them just her position. Theresa has implemented her 20 plus years of experience and knowledge to help GHL grow and be a very competitive company among the top landscape companies in the valley. Theresa has management, sales, marketing, administrative, and IT experience therefore her position is not limited to one role but many. Theresa provides GHL clients with excellent customer service and that is from our client feedback. GHL hopes Theresa will continue to thrive with us for years to come.
